Ileah has been a licensed Cosmetologist for 9 years, she spent 6 of those years teaching at a Beauty College. Over the years Ileah has impacted so many lives she decided so open her own safe space for her and her clients! HI! I’m Ileah! I can’t wait to meet you! I specialize in educating you about your hair, creating impactful, purposeful hair colors and cuts all while creating a place you feel safe so be yourself! CANCELLATION POLICY
I kindly request 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. For appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time or for no show appointments, there will be a 50% charge of the service total. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I cannot guarantee your service. If I am unable to accommodate the same cancellation fee will apply. A credit card is required to make an appointment. Cancellations fees will be charged to the card you provide. Please notify me within 48 hours if you have any questions or concerns with your service so I may accommodate any issues at my earliest convenience. I will only able to offer adjustment services within two weeks of the original service date. Impact Hair Studio doesn’t not offer refunds on services or products.
